Before me is a photograph of this darling baby, resting on silken cushions and wearing a very long and beautiful heirloom christening robe. It is very full and at the bottom are two bands of fine em- broidery with shirring between. The bottom of the robe is finished with a matching scalloped edged embroidery. Down the front of the robe are ten or eleven bands of the embroidery with soft shirring between. The little one is truly a beautiful child.
